Olearia axillaris

An open rounded tall shrub with densely cottony branchlets that grows to 2-4 metres tall. This shrub has narrow dark green leaves with a grey hairy underside and broad flat terminal clusters of 80 - 300 small white daisy flowerheads. It prefers moist to wet well drained soils in full sun to semi shade. It is a long flowering plant, with flowers from November to February and is good for background planting.
